I think you still don't really get it... :)

Big T won't likely even be acquiring mCig.
Big T is trying to figure out how to compete with e-juice, i.e. safer nicotine alternatives to tar sticks.
mCig is *useless* to Big T if Big T just ends up making mCig into customizable tar sticks.
(And Big T is not likely going to venture into MMJ unless MMJ gets federally passed as recreational.)
