You are right, Mellow...a cash account will not put a lock on it with the broker...

By the way, it is common knowledge that the daily short position in ERBB has varied from 30% to as much as 60%. Wouldn't one think that the Bulls, knowing this, would rush in with some serious capital to cause a "short Squeeze"...
