I was thinking about that just this morning. In the absence of an update regarding IR, I am just speculating here:

We are around $28-$29 million in cash volume since the deal in April, and the calculation period is for $50mil for the period to end.

BUT, is it conceivable that IR has unloaded their 435mil shares? And in that $28-$29mil $$volume; may they have been repaid their $2.5mil(-ish) loan? It is possible that they're outta the picture (wouldn't that be great), or least close to it.

Just waiting for the fins, and hopefully the IR issue can be addressed in them. That should taper down the speculating.
