Not only do you not understand mining, you don't seem to understand stock scams. A scammer doesn't need to do any actual mining. Or even exploration. All they have to do is rope in a lot of ignorant investors with lies and promises that could never come true. But lots of ignorant people buy it hook, line and sinker.

A run-of-the-mill penny stock mining scam is much quicker and far more profitable than any scheme which you are proposing. Even if your scheme were possible, which it isn't.

McFarland has used the worthless Excelsior Mine in two penny stock pump and dumps now. And I am sure he and his insiders have cleared serious coin without ever stepping foot on the "mine". Which is why he is under active SEC investigation.

None of these companies mine anything but investors pockets.
