The reason why Merriman Capital (with lots of skin in this game) is discounting value....is because with the Supreme Court decision that a company cannot take "business processes" (coupons dissemination) and put it on the internet and claim a "patentable" process...

That is what BCYP is attempting to do and got settlements based upon that principle... The Supreme Court threw the "patent" the window...Groupon will not settle. Supreme Court already ruled in their favor...and others who settled before will wiggle out too...

Value of BCYP?...your guess...my guess...probably .10
