Scenario one: ERBB has trading suspended for 10 days, emerges in the grays down at least another 80% the first day trading resumes.

Scenario two: ERBB continues/steps up dilution as falling share price means more must be sold before it tanks. A/S eventually maxes out with ERBB in the triple O subs, then ERBB does an R/S.

Scenario three: SEC / FBI shut ERBB down completely, folks wake up and find it has disappeared from their portfolios. Complete loss.
