State Law never never never supersedes Federal Law. Republicans get voted into office decide to change the game feds crack down all sellers of marijuana are all going to the big house. That is better than the taxes they collect now. Everything is confiscated. They lose it all! The Government then owns all property etc. etc. for sale at a later date. Huge risk even in states where it is supposedly legal. That law can be overturn on a whim. All my opinion.
