I hope you're right and that the case has been settled. The problem with acquiring a company is that you also take on its liabilities too. Just take a look at some of these banks that were encouraged by their governments to buy up some of these toxic lending companies and now the banks are being forced to pay fines for the deals made by the companies they were told to buy. Madness!
