Rats. I got stopped out of PTSC today from a recent buy. Some private investor registered to sell 2.1 Million shares a couple days ago...Fish something or other??

Those pennants can either break up or down and it looks like PTSC's pennant broke down from lack of news. I bet it hits the 50 dma now around 90 cents. Maybe it can get a bounce from there.
