And yes I get that is a preloaded card once you have ID checked but it sure seems more lax then what is needed here. You can't get into a dispencery without ID right? Then why is it needed to use it again at the machine? Do you show it again at the counter? This whole thing just seems silly. Get to door and show ID and go get what you want from the counter or the machine. JMO
