We have 3 issues. Let assume 2 are at .0001....

The 3rd is at .01 and splits that is a 50% share reduction or .50

So lets say .50/3 on a RM that is .16

Lets say CWIR Fuzz N Buzz joins that is 4 or .50/4 or .125

without a R/S add the R/S you are at $125 per...provided CWIR doesn't go through the roof.

But hey, old issue is at .01 there is a 2-4 dollar share and I all ready sold back over 10 Million long time ago and still have close to 20 million and restricted and PTEL...plus technically there was a share buy back.

Plus the Restricted represent ENTI (D) and ENTI and ???

Plus the defunct cusip numbers went to PTEL in the MMX deal and where R/S 20000:1 and merged into restricted that left about 500 Million old ENTI...

Plus about 3 million of the 3.5 Billion Blue bull Venture B.V. is restricted preferred maybe more.

and about 6 billion new shares were bought when Carrie bought development and H&G took over, is that those 5 Billion from CWIR or 67% Mike talks about? I am pretty sure about 1 billion of that 6 sold will or are going to be restricted out of that.

Question is, does Carrie and those 1.4 Billion shares of hers and a 1% F/S on ENTI restricted plus a 5% F/S of ENTI after certs are surrendered here. Move into a clean CWIR shell at $1... 12 Month 30 day question...think same time limit on Carrie shares or is NPT created New with those shares....
