Welp, I guess $LVGI is right-on-point, then...

Not that anyone really expected the CEO to get the job done alone, but since everyone knows he's hired 'a great attorney' to handle it; and that attorney has written a 1st draft of an 'opinion letter' - I guess we'll all see, in time!
