I was doing due diligence, and commentary regarding, for two years on ole SMKY as well, back in the day when they actually were a filing company. Then they went dark for about two years.

It wound up being an Asher funded gone silent filer back then, and two years have passed since they caught up on the 10-K's.

I don't recall ever seeing a form 15-12(g) filed to voluntarily relieve themselves from reporting duty either.
