Because this is a listed company!! Not an OTCBB

Most companies file like this one for TUT ownership!!

They have up to 60 days I believe to do so!! From last day of 10-Q

So June 30 gives them till Aug 31 to do so!!

Eg. http://www.nasdaq.com/symbol/cvm/institutional-holdings


Individuals that own more than 10% from day of last 10Q use the last recorded O/S

So in CVM it was about 64 million O/S at end of June 30, 2014 and NOT What has occurred since then as now it is about 79 million O/S!!

So if they buy more than the 10% of 64 million say 6.5 million they need to file within the 3-7 days!!
