I'm assuming that name change has to happen before ticker gets filed...if done at the same time and ticker got processed ahead of name change that wouldn't work...I don't know the rule...if someone on the board knows, please share

If the company is waiting on name change, then has to file for ticker, we could be waiting yet another week IMO...
