Then tell me how they were able to come with a price when it was for sale before we bought it?
Certainly it has more value now that so much work, time, and money has been put in to it rehabbing it and sampling it. That is just common sense
If you buy a classic car and it cost $3000 and you put $10000 into and it is almost finished it has certainly gained value, simple!
