I was the first person to walk into the courthouse. I believe Pat did a great job explaining each and every one of their questions that were brought up.

This was an appeal. If and when a settlement were to take place, I don't think it would have happened until we received a victory here and we received a jury trial date in the future on damages. I don't see v/MC letting their damages get determined by a 12 member jury. A lot is riding on this ruling that we should be getting in the weeks ahead. In 2012 it took the judges 6 weeks to come to a ruling so be patient because it may take longer or sooner.

My concern is that the judges were being quite tough on us for modifying our brief but I don't think there is a lawyer in this world that could have done a better job than Patrick Bright under the pressure he was. I think the subject on control was dead on by Pat as well.

Lets hope we prevail and in the meantime lets pray Chaya can get these credit cards into production sometime in the near future.
