Restoring investor confidence has already started. Most of us are aghast that this sort of frivolous activity is legal and commonplace. I estimate that most investors have Googled L&K and now understand how these folks operate. The initial fear some felt has turned into knowledge of the underbelly of investing. They have been duped. From what I saw, L&K initiates some of these complaints without even having an investor complaint....hence the description "fishing". Many of the companies are on the cusp of something big, too...merger, take-over, FDA approvals. They are only looking for an out of court settlement. And investors can expect another one from these shysters telling them that time is running out to be part of the claim. Anyway, I suspect that there will be some share price appreciation tomorrow now that people better understand Levi & Korsinsky....and their business model. It isn't about protecting shareholder interests per se, it's about out of court settlements that benefit them.
