There is merit to what you say. That being said, I also think that there is merit that they have not announced anything due to the potential issues they could face as they resolve any issues with Colorqdo SOS. If the issue was solely FINRA I think that your point is 100% valid but I think that we are DELAYED because of Colorado. As some have posted here they decided to do the registration of the company in Colorado an then do some Manuevring to get FuzzNBuzz created that would leave it clean but as the parent company. The way they did it is different than done before in Colorado but not so in some other states like Delaware.

Should they have registered the company in Delaware??? Well, they didn't and in turn, IMO, have caused themselves a few headaches.

For anyone that has been holding for months, keep in mind you waited 6 months for FuzzNBuzz to get registered. Now we have been waiting 10 days more than expected. Some people abadoned ship, manipulated, whatever on Friday for 60m shares traded and the stock a hit.

Meanwhile 99% of shareholders,Holding almost 2B shares held strong.

Panic is not warranted by anyone yet. Mike and Randy are not hiding and are, per my understanding meeting this weekend to discuss the issues and figure out a gameplan to move things forward.

No idea what is being discussed, etc. but we, as shareholders, can only rely on them to be working hard and executing a plan, and dealing with the problems as they arise.
