Sometime between September 2009 and December 2010, STLK received almost $6M in Paid in Capital.

2010 ~ http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=STLK&id=93395

Where did it come from? Whose money is it? There's no record of any of that. It's in my opinion, that this is the debt that Tarpon Bay bought and then sued STLK for.

Follow along for a minute, bear with me...

STL Marketing was named Image Worldwide, Inc. until 9/2009 according to OTC Markets and OTC Bulletin Board...

Yet, in the following Form-10 it states that "In April 2009, the Company changed its name to STL Marketing Group, Inc."...

With that being said, after looking through a LOT of current and past filings, I don't know what possessed Quiros to take over this shell to begin with. I've never been a CEO but, he had to have seen something that attracted him to this POS. Anyone can buy a clean, reporting shell for a lot less money, imo. But again, I'm not a CEO.

This debt that is owed to Tarpon is illegitimate, imo. There's a reason why it was settled for pennies on the dollar, because it was crap. I'd like to see the paperwork Quiros' attorney was given when Hicks filed his lawsuit. Were their backs against the wall or were they too lazy to fight it? Would the pending litigation delay the PPA for even more time? BTW, the land for the PPA has already been secured and there's a LOI to connect...

I don't consider this toxic financing because Tarpon has yet to file a SC-13G for STLK...

The fact that Quiros avoided Tarpon from being a beneficial owner says a lot to me, fwiw. Just look at the shares owned by insiders, how much control over the company they have.

I've been around the block a time or two. I've been screwed, without even a kiss. But, STLK is for real. Regardless the amount of Excedrin I have to take. :)

He's keepin an eye out, imo... http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/profile.aspx?user=364999
