Reality Check: This is just my opinion after doing extensive research being stuck here for almost a year. It seems to me at this point the company has nothing but an empty office, no revenue, and a pipe dream with any of their patents. MultiCell is in bed with La Jolla Cove investors and a few other institutional traders so the only way for them to keep revenue coming in is by "selling the dream on the patent stories" and keep running their algo (automated trading systems) moving millions of shares back and forth all day while MultiCell continues to dilute the share count.

We are now at $3.9 BILLION OUTSTANDING SHARES with no one to take the blame!!! Investors do you understand are investment is basically worthless at this point? This company has crossed their "T''s and dotted their "i"s having their lawyers protect them from the ground up. Take a look at their website it's sue proof. They are no fools and know exactly what they are doing.

You think Bernie Madoff is criminal, that's a drop in the bucket compared to what's going on here. Long as this company can keep the "story going" they have something in the works the shares will trade and they can clean up on the spreads diluting this into a death spiral which a severe reverse split will be needed.

At the end of the day, the executives make their cake on the back-end, and loyal shareholders get Fuc%ed. Welcome to the scum of the earth.

Just my opinion on all of this, just shocked no one is getting it.
