So you're completely fine with the fact that it said the Form 10 was submitted nearly 2 months ago and is nowhere to be seen or heard about anymore? Not even an update from Reid about it?

You're okay with fluff updates about a new web page that looks like it was put together in 30 seconds. Does it really take a year to do that? And that gets you excited?

Why aren't you demanding the audited financials, Form 10, and timeline of events? All of which were promised 2 years ago. Those are key to getting this off the grey sheets. Common sense will tell you that 1) it doesn't take that long to produce a Form 10/audited fins and 2) if it did Reid should provide a detailed, valid explanation on exactly is going on (i.e. where did he submit the Form 10 to and why is it not showing up on Edgar?) If the SEC is holding the Form 10 hostage as some say on here why doesn't Reid release an explanation and/or announce that his lawyers are filing litigation against the SEC for something that is clearly illegal?

These fluff updates don't even move the PPS or volume anymore. People are getting fed up.
