The plaintiff withdrew the suit, that is all you know, that is all that is there. If you have proof of a settlement for an incident that happened over 4 years prior to the filing date then POST it, otherwise it's all speculation on your part. Bottom line, no one but you cares anyway about YOUR personal vendetta against Floyd Smith and PEII, That should make it clearer. Later!!!
