Do you have a link for proof? Can you show that ALL 1BILLION shares will be forever held in reserves?
mmmmmm NOPE!!!

By Securities Law there has to be enough shares held in Preferred Reserve to cover all Classed of Preferreds. Those shares of Common held in reserve for that purpose go to Outstanding Shares and NOT to FREE TRADING shares thus no dilution.
