btw, there is no negligence, and the company is about to have their ETD equipment put on the US government's QPL - Qualified Providers List - making it eligible to be purchased by any and all agencies, and foreign entities that use the QPL as a guide for purchases. This is a last ditch effort to muddy the waters, IMO. GLTA
