I've talked to him on the phone myself. What he told me, turned out to be BS, and what he's told other people has turned out to be BS, so... why would I bother calling him?

If he actually explained to someone what happened with the 10-K, then I'd be impressed, but if all he's told anybody is, "Blah, blah, blah is just around the corner," well... he's been saying that for months now. He needs to do better than that if I'm supposed to be "sorry" for dropping this stock like a bad habit.
