Yes thank u too for a constructive discussion. I am not an expert either.

So Maybe u can chime in on
My question to Jman about common shares and how they are different ( if and how they are) than class b and or preferred stock. Is there a difference?

I know and read the differences but the authorization of a billion 'common shares ' without a statement that they are restricted is my confusion.
