No, I have a feeling we are going to wake up one morning in the near future to 200 miners on their BTC pool party site and all of the sudden people are going to take notice.
The CEO would not have responded to those concerned the way he did if this was a scam, IMO. The email seemed measured and sure of MELY's business plan without giving into pressures from those that want a PR. If it was a scam he would have likely appeased those with some kind of fluff in the emails and possibly even put out a PR. He didn't though, because he knows what he has going on in the Washington warehouse.
Most are taking the pool party site for granted, there is a lot of responsibility that goes with opening the site, as peoples money is at stake.
Once MELY is ready to handle the traffic, effectively and efficiently manage dispersing BTC's to other participants in the pool and have sufficient miners to accumulate 5-6 BTC's a day which will draw immediate attention they will open the pool party site and surprise many. IMHO GL
