CHCX is a Florida corporation.The Company has, through its subsidiary Chancellor Mining and Minerals - Mexico, the rights to mine 22,896 hectares (approximately 56,577 acres) of land that includes and surrounds Laguna Cuitzeo, a large and very shallow lake bed 50 kilometers long and averaging about eight kilometers wide in the state of Michoacan, Mexico. The Company, through its subsidiary Chancellor Mining - Mexico, will conduct mining operations for a very large rare earths, gold, lithium and other ore mining project in Mexico.
