No, that isn't out of the norm on paid promotions - recently SKT@ spent $600k on a month long campaign.

There have been 261 emails or newsletters that have been issued pumping TRTC - some like SCV have been used many times.

Real companies are not involved in paid penny stock promotions - it seems TRTC is more interested in selling shares that selling weed.

Peterson did a horrible job with the hydroponics business - and found it was much easier to sell shares than to build a real business.
