Ok first of all. Commercial construction is the biggest and best indicator of the economy. One of the biggest contractors in the country whiting-turner is projecting 7 billion in new work this year. Up 3 billion from last year. Commercial construction boom = boom in trucking, manufacturing building supplies, and many other industries related to construction. Now what do you think that means? Huge revenues = higher pps
