No time to scan through that doc yet tib...but a quick glance tells me it's an Ontario Securities Commission case...and the OSC is more strict/stringent than the Nasdaq k!

So if that's some OSC case about wrongdoings raising monies as it appeared to be from my quick glance just now...it really doesn't pertain to any US based penny stock k ttyl
