Nope - they do not. The FDA also will not be taking a "hard look" at their claims.

Their claims cannot be false or misleading (Per FDA rules) which they are not, there is a disclaimer on the box saying that the vitacig does not purport to "heal, cure disease etc.. etc.."

Futher than that, they give the amount nutrients in each vitacig.

So, as with your average multi vitamin - does a multi vitamin company have to prove enough of every single vitamin that it contains to show any health benefit? Nope. Just gives you the amounts of eat, and you determine if you want to take it.

Now, if vitaCig had proclaimed that smoking the "grace" will shave 20 years of wrinkles off your skin.. then maybe they would need more evidence. But currently, as much as you are trying to find things, there is nothing wrong with it.
