It's almost soup now!
The few here who know me may remember that I have been undyingly faithful to a little co called Enova Systems. ENOV It played around .10-.11 for a long time (really long), and then a year ago July it did a 1/45 RS. That was in conjunction with going on the London AIM at the same time. It has made for a VERY small float. There are 9+ mil shares in our mkt (half of them owned by insiders), and close to 5 mil on the AIM. In July those shares will come together. I tend to believe that is around the time frame that we will go on the AMEX, which has been the plan all along.
Ford has warrants that expire in June of this yr if they don't pick them up. I believe they will and that it is part of the overall timing. I also believe that that is the time frame that we will see a flurry of contracts that will run the price up and then a forward split.
Having watched this puppy closely for several years now, I feel like I know their actions pretty well. The groundwork has been perfectly laid for the scenario that I outlined. How many stocks that have almost no volumn would have it's own really high priced basher on board? I mean one that is prolific, dedicated and actually informative.
Our basher who fell back for a few months has just recently reappeared. The co has changed some mgmt over the last few months and just today announced a new CFO (the missing piece).
I would be interested to know what anybody else thinks about this little gem.
