The 8 K is such a pile of crap I can't believe anyone still believes in this company. The hurdles are insurmountable!


1. They need an approved 15c2-11 to get the Company’s relisting on OTCBB

2. Then they need approval and effectiveness of the Company’s S-1;

3. They then must deal with the resolution of the class action lawsuits

4. The are deeply in debt.
