I spoke to a friend today about patent law and the PS binding site this was his opinion. Let's just say he is someone who knows what he's talking about and is well invested in PPHM.

" I believe it is too early to spend valuable resources on lawsuits defending our patents until we know those infringing are going to be successful in their effort. We can let them further the research and development and should they be successful we can then sue them at the appropriate time. This may even be better than receiving a small license fee now and have legal competition. Also, if the company infringing is not benefitting financially or directly hurting us, I am not sure we can claim damages. If I was Bill Gates, I wouldn't sue someone from infringing on my patents unless they were selling what they created for money. I might turn around and buy whatever it was they were creating though with the threat I would never let them make money off it any other way. I like same strategy for us. Let others help us prove the science and sue them if they try to make money off it."
