This is a "Material" fact. Per Mr. Berg and pertaining to MRIB.


"Meanwhile, another spirits company took the sponsorship that I offered to Marani and will be broadcast both live on a worldwide internet feed this week and again on a 2 hour national broadcast on FOX next weekend. Both great time slots as well. Expected viewing audience for all broadcasts worldwide is expected to be over 10 million. Not to mention the 20,000 in foot traffic at the event where samples and merchandise will be distributed."



Verax, is this a question, a statement or a call for confirmation of such as fact? The event and available sponsorship is and was absolute fact. If it clarifies it, it's quite simple. I sent a presentation to Marani both by email and snail mail as well as eight other companies three of which were spirits companies. One was actually a wine company. I heard back from seven of them. Mrib never responded. I successfully negotiated a deal for one of the non-spirits companies for sponsorship and after a very successful event a few weeks ago one of the spirits companies came on board for the next event. I tried to again see if Marani might be interested as they are the perfect fit for this type of promotion. Heard nothing. To ignore the national exposure and broadcast audience impact for the price it was available for should raise eyebrows when put in juxtaposition to the Seattle Sound event, the Armenian charities, unattended boat races, etc. If they want to go national it applies to everything they do, ads, TV print, promotion, sponsorships, etc. if the impressions audience is 200 versus 2 million it will ultimately show in sales. Just a quick aside. The spirits company has already exceeded 30,000 likes on Facebook since the initial announcements of the sponsorship two days ago.
