Newbauer won't put numbers in writing unless he absolutely has to. A PR with inflated numbers is what got his other stock suspended, if the SEC were to see a PR claiming:

SCHOOLFUEL WILL START IN 3 TO 4 WEEKS WITH ALREADY THREE FUND RAISING PROJECT AND OF OF THEM SPENT MORE THAN US$ 1M IN THEIR LAST SCRIPT CAMPAIGN!!

They might start snooping around here, and that is the last thing he wants.

I also find it funny that ADCS supposedly has a CEO (Thomas Wolfe), but the only one we hear from on the 'radio shows' and elsewhere, is Newbauer.
