If there was true transparency shareholders wouldnt have to make erratic guesses about solvency or legitimacy...

Very safe assumption that there is/was revenue coming from IP litigation. Unfortunately the trail stops there and the company has steadfastly refused to provide details/accounting without specific legal intervention. It may take the might of the SEC to break it open and if there are fraudulent gains by mgmt - they can disengorge them of ill gotten profits and return to shareholders. Or at least what is left.
