OK lets look at this as objectively as we can.....

You are right Sterling and his estranged wife (Elizabeth) & Rob Hunt , sold millions of shares the day before the SEC ordered suspension coincidence? IMO I doubt it!!!!!

The stock is trading at $0.08
MArket cap of 49.60 million
620 million shares outstanding
3 billion shares authorized
No revenues to speak of...Hemoraging Money everyday
Closing brick and mortor stores
ALMOST a complete turn over of BOD/insiders
Avg daily volume probably somewhere around 800K-1mm shares traded daily.....
Sitting on the "Grey Sheets"(With almost NO CHANCE WHAT-SO-EVER of getting off)
No MM to be seen anywhere
IMO there is NOTHING to grow on (That I know of)
Their reputation is somewhere between whale crap & the bottom of the ocean
Their products are inferior & highly over priced...One can find anything that PHOT sells at most/any ma & pa hydroponics shop of better quality and most generally more reasonably priced (And you get to talk to a real person who can probably answer all your questions and probably is interested in helping you get started)..OR you can go on ebay and buy anything you want or need to get started growing....

IMHO I would say that PHOT is ALMOST totally WORTHLESS!!!ALMOST..

OH I almost forgot...Q2 is due out in a week (If Hegyi decides to release one) I can see how it can be anything but HORRIBLE...
I believe after the release there will be a mass sell off and PPS will hit the floor.....BUT I could be wrong....
