I think they have technical issues w.r.t filings, issues with SEC and once they get cleared , may be after some period we may get to know about the current scenario and future too.
One can visit or inquire as a customer to find out details, those nearby.
It may be possible that they might be having 23 full time and 17 part time or consulting or freelance , as required they might be using.
In my notice there are very few OTC /Penny companies having 23-40, hardly I see 2/3 listed but with much higher SP.
However we must know whats going on,like everybody ,me too concerned,cursing and waiting for company to become current and show revenues , per SEC rules.
Waited for long, waiting for 3-4 months more will not bring much harm ,at least to me it appears so.
