Listening to the CC.

They are estimating the total fines/restitution could be as high as $70 million, including voluntary restitution to select accounts.

They already put away $8.5 million towards this in this quarter.
They did mention a potential a credit default again, and read a lengthy statement regarding uncertainty and potential defaults.
However default seems very unlikely given their estimates.

Seems like the situation is under control IMO.
