We both know that wouldn't necessarily happen; for many reasons:

First: Time.
It would take $LVGI MONTHS to make that happen - from 'scratch'. Even if they put a rush on it - that would be akin to performing a reverse-merger, then moving the 'product line' over to the new entity.

Secondly: Resources.
Logistically, it would be 'a nightmare'. The 'loss' of branding & 'historical significance'...re-documentation galore...loss of contacts, vendors, etc...

Additionally: Professional embarrassment.
(I don't think this one needs to be explained.)

So, while it could technically happen, the likelihood of that occurring - is less than the likelihood of getting the ticker back 'in order'. It would take probably more time to spin-off-divvy's, than to give the DTC what they want.

Like "Joe" said: they don't wanna abandon the company...
Too much went into trying to become "The Brand Builders".

1) My comments are not professional advice: always #DYODD -- 'cause i don't want your wife & kids mad @ me!
2) And my opinion is just that: MY opinion! (...got no time to argue w/ strangers on 'tha intrawebs'!) :-)
