OT: Yea we actually were the only business in our town that had power....(LUCKY!) cause everyone rolled in here yesterday.Never seen so many customers on a monday....but some places STILL dont have power and i imagine it will be on today sometime.KU is the local electric company here in my area and they are pretty fast and respond quickly to problems.But i didnt relize the extent of the damage around us in neighboring counties like oldham,shelby,jefferson,etc.....it was worse than i thought...
yesterday the crazy thing was you could tell someone turned off the wrong board or something cause we had power all day then about 4:30p.m the whole thing goes dead...and the store is full of people(god knows how much stuff got shoved in pockets in that moment) but then right back on....its a wonder it didnt blow the transformers on our telephone poles.....but after that its back to normal.TIred as a wet dog but okay.
