JRF....Never Said Lawsuit Was A Bad Thing

In general....I said it might turn out bad for the other company....Even though the DR is at fault by not providing the contractually obligated divisions, they might not look kindly upon being sued....

So we will see, once this mess is finally sorted out, if that company has their contract renewed...I've always felt it was in Deep Blue's best interest not to take that risk.....
