I think your link was to the court case that was withdrawn, on jurisdictional grounds.

The case was refiled in the correct jurisdiction and can be seen online here

https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/webcivil/FCASSearch

Search for case (index) number 654414/2013.

It does make for interesting reading. And so far, it seems that Newlead is losing (its motions for dismissal being refused).
