Morning All,

Very busy today but wanted to stop in to explain what I see as a major concern by some here. The question has been raised as to how we pr’s acquiring Kolbe some months back and are now stating we have reached an agreement. As I stated when the Global Lock was put on our company a few months back our funding was stopped until we had reached a resolution. This obviously affected everything we had in motion and we were unable to execute our end of the deal that was struck with Kolbe. We are now in a much stronger position and will be able to be very aggressive and focused to execute our streamlined business plan. I have watched Kolbe rapidly develop the product and move to open distribution while we have been in pause, and have offered a much larger partnership role which we have agreed on. I will be updating our shareholders formally in days with details and will open up the information flow over the coming weeks.
