I have asked three times on the phone and never gotten an answer. He stopped taking calls.

How did 3.1MM become 1.7MM? What happened to the rest? How did he and Meccarelli end up with all of their shares?

Send a complaint to the SEC. I have sent two. I will probably follow up again. The company will not address current MLOG shareholders with information saying they are not required because it is a private company. They shohld never have had the votes to make it private and they certainly did NOT file paperwork with the SEC anout changes in corporate structure or ownership. He told me they werent required to because they were in non reporting status.

Without legal intervention (private or public/SEC) they could funnel the money from MLOG settlements into their pockets as lavish bonuses/salaries with zero oversight or unbeknownst to most of the shareholders. Then tbey can fold up the tent and say things didnt work out. Since most shareholders are oblivious or have mentally written off the "loss" - they will just move on.

They could certainly disprove these assumptions/assertions by providing REAL TRANSPARENCY.
