I had a 90 day restriction when my account had less then 50k in it back in 2012, I sold some turd I just bought to buy EPGL under .002 at the time, guess what I bid .002 and they filled me at .0007!!!! The 90 day restriction was worth it, still hold ALL THOSE SHARES TODAY!!

I can say I have bought the cheapest EPGL shares ever and the highest EPGL shares ever,lol
