The 90 day restriction just means for the next 90 days I can only use settled funds to buy stocks with. Etrade will allow you to buy stocks with unsettled funds, however if you do what I did it will cause your account to get restricted, which was I deposited money into my account, then I bought a stock and then sold it before my original deposit cleared and then used the money to buy more EPGL stock....... It was well worth it...lol
